- TIME SERVICE - Having employee inspectors allows the CAPO managers to determine which cases will be done, and when. This allows CAPO to maintain a time service average and maximum (currently 18 days and 30 days) which is the best in our business! On RUSH requests we are currently averaging 11 days!
- QUALITY - Having employee inspectors who care about the growth of CAPO and are constantly desirous of becoming higher caliber allows CAPO to continually improve the quality of our reports, which is already amongst the best in our field.
We offer a variety of report formats, such as: Full Surveys, Abbreviated Reports, Worker Comp Surveys, Telephone Surveys and Job Site Surveys. We also customize completed reports to customer’s requirements.
Completed reports can be viewed (for 1 full year) on our website AND can be e-mailed to the customer (as a PDF document).
